Booking...
To enquire about lessons or to book a place for your child with
Swimstart please email us at info@swimstart.org. When enquiring
please confirm your child's name, age and whether they have had
lessons before. Please also suggest the best day and time for lessons,
we will endeavour to offer you a suitable place. We will reply to
your enquiry on the next working day. Paperwork etc will be sent
out or emailed once a place has been booked.
Booking Conditions...
- Parents of children from birth to 4 years must stay in the
building at all times. If your child is 5 years old or over and
a pool attendant is present, it is not compulsory to stay on the
premises. However, if we do need to evacuate the building your
child may be distressed.
- We cannot give refunds for lessons unattended due to illness/holiday.
However if your child is unable to attend due to a long-term illness,
a refund may be given provided someone else can fill the place.
Refunds and credits will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.
- At the end of each lesson the children have a short playtime,
during this time children waiting for the next class get into
the pool - (this avoids over crowding in the changing room and
shower area). If you need to speak to the instructor this is the
best time to do so - please avoid speaking to the instructor during
the lesson unless absolutely necessary. Members of the Swimstart
team make regular visits to each lesson during the course ~ if

- Near the end of each course you will be given the opportunity
to book for the next term's course. Places not paid for by the
due date will be given to children on the waiting list.
